SHIPPING

 

All orders with delivery within Australia will incur a postage charge of $9.95, unless otherwise stated.

All orders that require international postage will be charged a postage fee according to the country of delivery. 

Please ensure that all delivery details are exact to ensure a speedy delivery of your goods. We recommend listing the address that you will occupy during business hours to help avoid any delays.

Most deliveries in Australia will take between 5-7 business days depending on location.

Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight company.

Prices are calculated according to your country of domicile or selection.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

ONLINE STORE RETURNS POLICY.

 

We want you to be happy with your Island State purchase. But if you find that the size or make isn't exactly what you were after then we will happily exchange it or give you a refund, provided that the garment is returned to us in its original condition and packaging, unwashed, unworn and all tags and labels in tact.

Refunds can only be processed with a completed Returns Form, please find yours located in your package.

Please ensure that in the interests of hygiene all swimwear must be tried on over your own underwear. Island State reserves the right to refuse refund on the grounds that this has obviously not been done.

 

Returns and exchanges are accepted on garments within 31 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed in the same manner by which original payment was made, within 7 business days.

 

PLEASE NOTE - all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you return an item on which tax and duty has been paid, Island State are unable to refund such tax and duty fees.

 

VOUCHERS AND GIFT CARDS

Please note that vouchers are gift cards;
- Are not redeemable for cash
- Cannot be refunded
- Whole value must be used in one transaction 
- Any unused value cannot be kept nor credited to a new order

 

How do I send back my purchase?

All you need to do is securely pack and seal the return garments and invoice along with your Returns Form in an appropriate box or envelope, and send back to us using a TRACKABLE service to the address listed on the Returns Form. Make sure you receive the tracking number for your returns package, this will provide you with information and recourse on your package, as Island State cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.

 

EXCHANGES

 

We are more than happy to exchange your garment for a different print, size or style, subject to availability. Exchanges can take up to 7 business days to process.

We will accept up to one exchange per order. Should you wish to refund the exchange item we are more than happy to process this request, should it meet the refunds policy requirements.

 

Exchange for an item of the same value.

Should the garment you wish to exchange be of the same value as the original purchased item, please mail back the unwanted item and we will mail out the exchange free of charge.

 

Exchange for an item of a different value.

Any difference in value will be charged or refunded to the card used to pay for the original garment. Should an additional amount need to be charged, you will be contacted by one of our staff to organise the most convenient method of payment.
